  • Luxury car and boat rentals
  • Local travel assistance and event support

These services are provided directly by our team or trusted local partners.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All services must be pre-booked unless otherwise agreed.
  • A confirmation email and invoice will be sent upon booking.
  • Full or partial payment may be required to secure your booking.
  • Prices are subject to seasonal demand and availability.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancel up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur partial or full charges.
  • Custom services or third-party bookings may have different cancellation terms.

4. Service Modifications

Zurivibes reserves the right to cancel or modify services due to weather, road conditions, partner availability, or safety concerns. In such cases, alternatives or refunds will be offered.

5. Liability Disclaimer

While we strive for seamless service, Zurivibes is not liable for losses due to delays, cancellations, or actions beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, third-party disruptions). We always aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly.

6. Customer Conduct

We expect respectful and responsible behavior from all clients. Zurivibes reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who is disruptive or behaves inappropriately.

7. Use of Photos & Media

With your consent, Zurivibes may use non-identifying photos or videos taken during services for promotional purposes. You may opt out at any time by emailing us.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the City of Zurich, Switzerland.
